This practical module aims to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence required to carry out reception tasks and operations as a front line representative in a range of organisations. This module is ideal for people who are would like to pursue further study in this area on a full-time basis or who already work in this area and wish to enhance their skills and competence.
