||This toning, circuit class focuses primarily on toning the lower part of the body, in particular, the stomach, bottom, hips and thighs. We will also focus on upper body exercises for the chest, back, shoulders and arms. This class will improve flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, it will tone and result in 'inch loss'. Get that firmer, fitter body in no time!! A short-guided relaxation session is included at the end of the class to help you relax, manage stress, focus, and improve physical and mental health. Bring along a mat, water and towel.
