Description: Suitable for those who have practiced yoga before. Our instructor will take you through a variety of breathing and stretching exercises to help improve postural alignment and coordination while building strength, endurance and flexibility. These classes are also aimed at bringing balance to the body, mind and spirit. Bring a mat, towel and water. Qualified and experienced instruction provided by Fiona.
