|Description:||This course is designed to equip participants with all the necessary skills to design and decorate their own speciality cakes. Participants will learn to use sugar paste, make flowers and novelty animals, they will also learn how to crimp a cake, use moulds, make frills, swags and bows for birthday and christening cakes and other special occasions.
Note: Participants required to bring own apron, piping bag and basic nozzles. Materials list will be given on first night of class.
